Mark Harder Files For Another Term on County Council
On February 22nd Mark filed to run for another term as County Councilman for District 7. The council district boundaries did not change much from the last census so he has a good understanding of the area, the local leaders and the residents of west county. He also knows how county government operates, or at least how it should, and he wants to continue to make sure it is open, transparent and honest with the people of St. Louis County.
“I think I bring important institutional knowledge to the operation of the county council and can continue to act as a guide rail when the council drifts into areas that history has taught us are not going to deliver the equitable and effective results desired.”
Councilman Harder Backed by All
Fraternal Orders of Police
With the latest endorsement by the Fraternal Order of Police Lodge 15, Mark Harder has now been endorsed by all the police associations in the region: Missouri FOP, St. Louis County Police Association, and the St. Louis Police Officers Association.
“The police officers have taken an oath to faithfully execute and enforce the laws of our county, state, and nation. Their job begins where my and the council’s job ends, enforcing the legislation we pass. That’s why I back the blue and am very proud to have their support,” said Mr. Harder.
